Sisley Paris Phyto Lip Twists #10, #11, #14, #15 & Eye Twists #10, #11, Review, Swatch & FOTD

Happy weekend everyone. Thanks so much for showing love yesterday. I was a little shy to post after so many days of silence, to the point although I had some posts ready, I was delaying not to see the reaction *closes eyes*.

In the end of February when I was having a break *dreamy sigh* I got to visit Sisley in Munich to play with new shades of Sisley Paris Phyto Lip Twists and Phyto Eye Twists and met Melanie and Melanie *giggle*. Do you also wish for something between two people who have the same name? I did and got some of the products to try, which I would like to share with you today, right after the jump.

Sisley Paris Photo Lip Twists #10, #11, #14, #15 & Eye Twists #10, #11

There are six shades of new Sisley Phyto Lip Twists which join the permanent line: #10 Sugar,  #11 Litchi, #12 Melon, #13 Poppy, #14 Love and #15 Nut. I have swatched them here for you. You can also see my makeup which was done during the event and a list of products Georgio used on me. I loved the look really. From time to time when international make-up artists come, I go to Breuninger for a make over but this was by far my favorite.

Swatches: Sisley Paris Phyto Lip Twists #10 Sugar, #11 Litchi, #14 Love, #15  Nut

#10 Sugar looks like a barbie shade in the tube but since it has a transparency to it, applies lovely as a pinky nude.

#11 Litchi is for me "my lips but better" shade. It is my absolute favorite of the bunch. Giorgio used it on me for the look he created. It is the perfect nude which goes great with a touch of bronzer on the cheeks, smoky eyes and no (or minimal) blush. You can see me wearing it below in FOTD.

#15 Nuts is a surprise. I was expecting it to look too brown but together with some bronzer, I think it makes a great natural lip. For those with deeper complexions, this one would also look nice as a nude.

#14 Love is a lovely hot pink with natural undertones. This one is the most intense of the bunch, so you need a mirror while applying it. It also lasts better than the others since it has more pigment.

Swatches: Sisley Paris Phyto Lip Twists #10 Sugar, #11 Litchi, #14 Love, #15  Nut

There are four new shades joining to Sisley Paris Phyto Eye Twist range: : #9 Pearl, #10 Amethyst, #11 Copper and #12 Emerald. I am definitely eyeing #9 Pearl, that one is a great inner corner highlight. Other than that I am in love with #11 Copper, I kept wearing it over and over again last week. Sometimes copper shades are too orangy on me but this one has enough rose in it, great if you have cool or natural undertones. The formula of copper is definitely better than the previous releases (reviewed here and here). It applies super smoothly, has right amount of pigment and blends effortlessly before it sets and doesn't bulge. I can't recommend #11 Copper enough really!

Swatch: Sisley Paris Phyto Eye Twists #10 Ametyst, #11 Copper

Here is an eye look using Sisley Paris Phyto Eye Twist #11 Copper all over and nothing else. Big love, nothing else more to say *drawing hearts*. Green eye gang, you need it!

On the eyes: Sisley Paris Phyto Eye Twists #11 Copper

Here is the look in context using Sisley Paris Phyto Eye Twists #11 Copper on the eyes and Phyto Lip Twist #11 Litchi on the lips. I am wearing a touch of Tom Ford Terra Bronzer and Sisley l'Orchidee Rose Blush (reviewed here) on the apples of the cheeks. This is an effortless look really which I wore a couple of times last week, especially when I was running late in the morning.

FOTD with Sisley Paris Phyto Eye Twists #11 Copper and Phyto Lip Twist #11 Litchi

Here is a one last look to the shades I have been testing and the yellow tulips I am loving at the moment. Are you eyeing any of these?

Sisley Paris Phyto Lip Twists #10, #11, #14, #15 & Eye Twists #10, #11

Final thoughts: Sisley extends their Phyto Lip Twist and Eye Twist range with 6 lipsticks and 4 new shades for eyes. My favorites are #11 Copper for the eyes and #11 and #14 for the lips. Make sure you drop by a counter to play.

Do you like crayon type of products?

  1. Thank you for your review and beautiful photos. I'm really liking Copper as well. It looks beautiful on you. I think I'm going to get it when I'm next in town. With the Phyto Lip Twists my favourite are Litchi and Nuts. I have one Phyto Lip Twist from the original selection and really like it.

  4. I love crayon stuff. Nuts looks great! I'm not sure about the black and white packaging, but the lip shades look nice. The eye twist in Copper is my kind of shade too :-)
