Chanel Coco Codes/Énergies Et Puretés Collections My Picks, Review, Swatch & FOTD

I hope you had a wonderful week. Mine was very hectic because of the first week of lectures but hoping it will get better next week. Good news is that I started wearing make-up daily so FOTDs are already piling up and waiting to complete the swatches I had been taking during the break. To be able to catch up, today I will be presenting all my recent Chanel hauls at once.

As I mentioned earlier, in Germany now we have chanel.de which is great news but there is some problems with the delivery company they are working with. I ordered Coco Codes Collection earlier than its release in Germany but it took more than 2 weeks to reach me. More about this and my feelings about the products I had been using are all after the jump.

Sisley Paris Izia Eau de Parfum, Review

I wish you all a lovely weekend as it just starts. Today I would like to go with the Fragrance Friday tradition and share my thoughts about a brand new release from La Maison Sisley, one of my all time favorite brands in skin care and make up. There is little not to fall in love in their range of products and I throughly appreciate the fact that they are not taken by the seasonal low quality releases but instead stick with a well crafted permanent collection.

Sisley fragrances are dream for chypre lover but this time around they went for another concept all together, something fresh and elegant, a rose overload right from the gardens onto your skin.

"A rose by any other name would smell as sweet." said Shakespeare so in case you wonder if Sisley does the rose better, here are my thoughts about Sisley Paris Izia Eau de Parfum.

Chanel Le Vernis #584 Bleu Pastel, #552 Resplendissant, Review, Swatch & Comparison

I wish you all a wonderful weekend. I have been told that the nail polish posts were missed on Color Me Loud so I thought I'd reviews the lovely two shades Chanel released, Chanel Le Vernis #584 Bleu Pastel and #552 Resplendissant for Énergies et Prutés Collection. This collection is what formerly was an Asia Exclusive but was usually released in the States with a little delay. This year I am very excited to see that it is available at chanel.de in Germany. I love the fact that it reduces the tremendous black market earns of some people on evilB but I have mixed feelings about the delivery company they chose to work with. I will write about my less than stellar experience on my next post because I reserved this one for pure nail talk.

But before we start, I would like to ask you, have you noticed the new design of the blog? I'd love to hear what you think of that if you find a little time to browse on home page. New Features are those such as you can select one of the categories, i.e. fragrance, skin care, foundation, eye shadow etc. or you can check out the lasts post of a particular brand. Last time when I changed the design, there had been problems in terms of visibility of my site on search engines and it was a lovely reader who contact me to report about it. If you have any problems of the functions you were previously using, please let me know. I will fix it as soon as I can.

So without further ado, here are my thoughts and some comparison swatches.

La Mer Soft Fluid Long Wear Foundation SPF 20 and Foundation Brush, Review & Swatches

Wishing you all a wonderful week. I have been testing some foundations recently and I would like to share my thoughts with you during the next days. It is always exciting to see a new foundation being released by a well renowned luxury skin care brand because to me those are exactly the brands who know how to layer something all over your face without irritating nor drying it out. When it comes with the claim of being long wearing and hydrating as well as pores refining and healing, it excites the cosmetic nerds in us. Does it hold the claims? Read on for my thoughts on La Mer Soft Fluid Long Wear Foundation and Foundation Brush.
